I have always encouraged my children to be confident, to voice their opinions, to have courage, a kind heart and an open mind. To think before speaking all while respecting themselves and others. To be mindful, patient and wise. Wise with their words, as well as with their actions.

I firmly believe that these this type of parenting and guidance will help them move beautifully and respectfully throughout their lives as they become the next generation of change. Leading, guiding and encouraging their peers with respect and bravery. To lead. To shift the atmosphere. To strengthen and build the next, whatever that may be. As with my children, I encourage you, friend. I encourage you to voice your opinion, to share your thoughts and to share your beliefs. Do not hold back in fear but rather, do not fear and be seen, be heard. Your voice matters. Your opinion, how many you may have, matter. You matter.

Be strong, be courageous and live a life full of bravery, good will, self-respect and love. Lead with love. Compassion and empathy. This is vital as we move into a world that is continuously changing and shifting.

I leave you with this. This is a mindful post, a gentle reminder, to never shy away from your thoughts and feelings. This is a gentle reminder, to be strong and to move through life with courage and love. You matter and the world needs exactly, you.
