Quarantine Chronicles: Step Forward and into The New!

Dearest Readers!

How are we doing? Over a month in quarantine, and HOW are you feeling?! I’m hoping you are all strong, healthy, happy and at peace. So much TIME to devote to our families, so much TIME to devote to our faith, fitness and overall well-being. Have you discovered new interests? Have you dove into your talents and projects? With so much TIME to create, I hope you have discovered newfound passions, devoted your energy to meaningful projects and fell in LOVE with LIFE all over again! New discoveries, seeing life in a new perspective and simply filling your heart with so much joy, happiness, peace and appreciation. I’m so excited for TODAY and even more excited for tomorrow, our next season! This is such a poignant time in life to prepare for the next. We Reset, we Revive, we Rest, we Renew, we Recharge and we get ready to conquer the next chapter, the next season in our lives. This quarantine/stay-at-home is not a set-back but rather, a set-up for a comeback! We are going to comeback, and come OUT, of this period in time strong, energized and ready to shine so bright!

Today, I’m sharing with your some amazing exercises that you too can do at-home, to help find energy, mindfulness and peace. I’m always here to help you thrive!

MEDITATION

Grab your prayer beads, yoga mat and light candles.

Sit cross legged, close your eyes, lift yourself up in your posture, roll your shoulders back, take a deep breath inhale and, slow 8-count exhale.

Repeat, until you feel centered & sound.

Rest.

Gentle mantra,

“I am here, I am safe, I am loved, I am whole.”

 

FITNESS

A FUN at-home workout that does not require weights or bands! Let’s WORK!

10 Push UPS

20 Jump Squats

30 Russian Twists

[REST 60 sec]

10 Mountain Climbers

20 Skaters

30 Seconds Plank

[REST 60 sec]

10 Jump Lunges

20 Tricep Dips

30 Jumping Jacks

REPEAT 2-3X

 

FITNESS 

Be sure to move your body! Go outside for a walk, a hike, a bike ride or even rollerblading. Commit to investing 30-90 minutes of fitness to your daily routine to ensure a strong body, good health and a sound mind. Let’s become the healthiest versions of ourselves!

 

Let’s continue to Rise UP and Rise Together. Let’s continue to step Forward and into the NEW! I love you so much and enjoy TODAY! You GOT THIS!!

  1. Awesome!!! Yes! Time to create and be ready to enjoy the new landscape we are all about to discover… yes! It will never be the same and we should be thankful for it! Our Planet is taking a big brake SHE can now breath… the stressful energies from humans to go-go, acquire, consume, get the latest, Rah,Rah ,Rah! Just simply STOPED!!!
    Just like that! Yes! Meditate, connect with your self and your love ones now, we are learning things about not only ourselves but about our own children we didn’t know about, because NOW suddenly WE ALL HAVE TIME TO TAKE THE TIME … yes! This is History and will be know for the rest of time in Biblical form: the great flood the ice age, as chapters that change the course of history, however, the difference this time is that it has change our social behaviour and economical perception of the visual , our core values will change as humans within communities, banks will never dictate your human worth ever again and material overindulged possessions will not reflect Character superiority anymore since its no longer View as such…
    Yes! Please, create, be fit, love your self first and be ready when you walk, embrace and be embrace the new and magical landscape that awaits for sure all! 🙏🏽
