Dearest Readers,
Sometimes, we need to stop. We need to take the time to stop, look and listen to the beauty that surrounds us. To take in the sights, the sounds and the smells. Sometimes, we need to let the beauty of nature, transcend into our spirit. To allow it to spark curiosity and even, magic.
Our latest adventure began in the deserts of Arizona. Our travels took place in the winter month of February. Surprisingly, we experienced crisp cool air and even snow!, that us East Coasters are very accustomed to. It certainly was a surprise to experience so many weather patterns and change of nature as well as vegetation. The overall beauty and majestic views certainly made this a memorable, more like unforgettable!, time spent together.
From the cacti and hummingbirds to the majestic views of the Grand Canyon National Park, we enjoyed, absorbed and embraced the spectacular views of nature. Astounding sights that we will never forget. I leave you with the views and moments, many magical, in which captured my heart, and took my breath away. And yes, I will most definitely turn some of these photos into paintings. Sources of inspiration? Absolutely.
